We have redone a few pages - we are finally beginning to understand how to use the digital camera and image processing software. The images stacked up on the left and right side of this page are some examples.

We have some more image collections:
- some new pictures of inside and outside the house;
- and a few that were taken this spring by a friend;

March 16, 2000: we now have a page which describes some of our favourite cookbooks.

February 12, 2000: we now have a PDF version of the colour brochure so you do not have to print the on-line version from your web browser.

December 4, 1999: in response to several requests for more information in general about touring in France, we now have a document which describes the travel options to the house.

We also wrote up a general touring in France guide that talks about car rental/purchase options, gas versus diesel, expressway versus backroads. This document is written from our personal experiences, without disclosing any embarrassing details.

Check the weather in Nimes, the closest we could find to the house. Speaking of Nimes, did you know that the word "denim" comes from the fact that the fabric first used to make Blue Jeans came from there, and was labeled "de Nimes"?

April 7, 1999: We now have a (very) rough sketch of the lot plan. This lets you see that the terrace is not exposed to view from the road. I drew the driveway freehand, and I can't draw - it is curved, perhaps not as badly as I drew it.

April 2, 1999: we have created an on-line version of our printed brochure which has some additional information (and nicer pictures) about the house and what to see and do in the area.

March 31, 1999: We now have a (very) rough sketch of the floor plan of the house. I think it will print on 1 page.
